What sustains you?
I am Hilary. I am the co-founder of Center for Body Trust and the co-author of Reclaiming Body Trust: A Path to Healing and Liberation. I am a long time supporter, facilitator, teacher, seeker, and reader of the room.
I have been a student how we hold relationship with our self, which I regard as an evolving central experience. And, my hope, is that yours will carry you gently through a lifetime of shit that is hard.
Here, we can explore this together - inviting you to know and show up for yourself with the joy that others do. And care for yourself the way your beloveds wish for you - even if they don't always help you do that.
Together, let's find out what lives beyond "you don't have to be good". Let's settle more deeply into our beings. Beyond the hustle, perfectionism, obligation and expectation. With possibility and awe. Inclusive of worry, anxiety and grief. With a narrative that is yours. With roots in what truly sustains you.
