EMBER Terms & Conditions

By purchasing access to EMBER (the “Program”), you (“Participant,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Program Overview

EMBER is a business coaching and education program for service providers, helpers, and entrepreneurs. It includes curriculum, resources, and live group calls, depending on the tier you select.

2. Membership Commitment

We encourage a minimum of three (3) months of participation to allow you to experience the full benefit of the Program. While you may cancel your monthly membership at any time, please note that early cancellation may limit your results.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and live community offerings, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

4. Payment Terms

By purchasing, you agree to pay the amount listed for your chosen tier. If you select a monthly payment plan, you authorize recurring charges until your plan is completed or canceled according to these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, recordings, and resources provided through EMBER are the property of Mildred Mary, LLC and are protected under copyright law.
You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any EMBER content with individuals who have not purchased the Program. Unauthorized sharing may result in removal from the Program without refund.

6. No Guarantees

While the Program offers education and support, we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal outcomes. 

7. Participation & Community Standards

The EMBER community is a supportive and inclusive space. Participants agree to engage respectfully with others. Harassment, harm, or violation of community agreements may result in removal from the Program without refund.

8. Technology & Access

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (internet access, Zoom, and platform logins) to participate. Recordings will be provided, but Mildred Mary, LLC is not responsible for technical issues on your end.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mildred Mary, LLC will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Program.
